I’m excited to share this new drawing I made of St Melangell, commissioned by Rabbit Retail, here surrounded by the buns from Rainbow Rabbit Rescue 🐇

Melangell is the patron saint of hares and a hunt saboteur from the 7th century – as her story goes, she saved a hunted hare under her cloak and protected them from a prince and his hounds until they retreated 🐰🌞 Her feast day is celebrated on May 27th
